Location PlotAlso known as a Defect Location Check Sheet or Concentration Diagram, this is a variation of the Check Sheet that is used to capture data visually, typically about defects occurring in a physical product.When forms are being filled in incorrectly, a spare form can be used in the same way, with the check-marks being put in the fields that are incorrectly completed. The Check Sheet is one of the first seven tools.
